Our platform operates as a digital directory and booking management system that allows professionals, service providers, and property/asset owners (hereinafter referred to as "Owners" or "Providers") to showcase and manage their businesses, accommodations, vessels, or services.By completing your registration as an "Owner / Provider" and creating an account, you declare that you fully, unreservedly accept and are bound by these terms of service, which are fully aligned with European Legislation.1. Legal Capacity, Registration & GDPR ComplianceAccuracy of Information: Upon registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and updated information regarding your business entity.Data Protection (GDPR): The collection and processing of your personal and business data (such as full name, email, phone number, and billing details) is strictly governed by the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This data is used solely for account functionality, identification, and communication with clients. You retain the right to access, rectify, or erase your data at any time, in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Poseidon 12.Legal Operation: The Owner guarantees that they operate legally within the European Union and possess all necessary licenses, permits, certifications, insurance policies, and approvals from competent state authorities for the services listed on the platform.2. Listing Policy & Intellectual PropertyContent Ownership: All material uploaded to your listings (photos, text, videos, logos) must belong exclusively to you, or you must hold a valid, written license to use it. Uploading copyrighted material belonging to third parties without authorization is strictly prohibited.Prevention of Misleading Information: Prices, amenities, cancellation terms, and descriptions in your listings must be 100% accurate. In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, any misleading practice, bait-and-switch pricing, or hidden fee is strictly forbidden.3. Booking Management & EU Transparency RulesCalendar Accuracy: The Owner is strictly required to keep their availability calendar on Poseidon 12 continuously updated. In the event of a double-booking resulting from your negligence, you bear the sole responsibility for compensating the customer or providing an equivalent alternative.Honoring Commitments: The Owner commits to honoring every booking confirmed through the platform at the exact rate applicable at the time the booking was made.Cancellation Policies: The cancellation terms you set must be clear, transparent, easily accessible to users before booking, and compliant with EU e-commerce directives.4. Financial Terms & Tax ResponsibilitySubscriptions and Commissions: Platform listings are subject to the specific financial plan (fixed subscription or per-booking commission) selected by the Owner upon registration. Failure to settle outstanding fees gives Poseidon 12 the right to suspend or terminate your listings.Tax and Invoice Compliance: The Owner is solely responsible for issuing legal tax documents (receipts, invoices) to end customers and for declaring and paying all applicable taxes (such as VAT or local tourist taxes) to the competent authorities of their respective country.5. Review & Rating RegulationsTransparent Feedback: Listings are subject to public reviews and ratings by users who have a verified, completed booking.Anti-Manipulation Rules: In accordance with the EU Omnibus Directive (regarding consumer protection), Owners are strictly prohibited from submitting fake positive reviews, self-reviewing their own businesses, or coercing/threatening customers to alter or delete negative reviews.6. Limitation of Liability of the PlatformPoseidon 12 acts strictly as a digital intermediary (marketplace/directory). It is not a contracting party, co-owner, or provider in the agreements concluded between Owners and end customers.The platform bears no liability for material damage, personal injury, accidents, financial disputes, or poor service quality arising during the provision of your services to customers.7. Amendments, Suspension & TerminationRight to Amend: Poseidon 12 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, notifying Owners via email or through a prominent notice on the platform dashboard.Sanctions: Any breach of these terms, violation of EU legislation, or receipt of repeated, verified consumer complaints grants the administration the right to immediately, temporarily, or permanently delete your account and listings without compensation.8. Governing Law & JurisdictionThese terms are governed by Greek and European Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tripoli, Greece.
